At Core Fusions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to every client. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

• All payments made for services such as web development, web design, social media account purchases, domain registration, and hosting are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

• Due to the nature of digital goods and services, once delivery begins, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.

2. Social Media Account Sales

• Once bulk social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• It is the client’s responsibility to use the accounts properly according to each platform’s terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans caused by misuse.

3. Web Development & Design Services

• After a project has started and work has been delivered (such as drafts, designs, coding, etc.), payments are non-refundable.

• If you are not satisfied with the work at any milestone, we encourage you to communicate with us immediately so we can address any concerns.

4. Domain and Hosting Services

• Domain registration and hosting services are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased, as these involve third-party costs that cannot be reversed.

5. Cancellations

• You may request to cancel a service before work has started. In this case, we may offer a partial refund after deducting any administrative or setup fees.

• Once the service delivery process has begun, cancellations will not be possible.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases where an error occurs on our part (such as delivering the wrong service), we will review the situation and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

• Any request for a refund must be made within 3 days of receiving the service.
